3 weeks agoDr. Sarao and the staff at Healing Care Hospital are wonderful. They all really care about all the pets that I've brought in. Everyone is friendly and greets you with a smile. I never feel like they are rushing through my appointments, but rather they are really thorough and listen to me the pet parent. I also feel like they care about me too. My family had been going through a particularly rough time when we had to make the hard decision to put our beloved elderly dog down, and Dr. Sarao was incredibly kind and caring and gentle with me during this time and continued that for the next year while we got thru that situation. The staff remembers both myself and my pets whenever we come in which is another testament that they really do care about our furbabies.
